Echo Water® Machine/Device Return Policy

Satisfaction is guaranteed on purchases of Synergy Science products. You can return products within 30 days from the original date of shipment. The refund amount will be the full price paid less any shipping, installation, discounts, etc. All returnable products MUST BE received by Synergy Science, Inc.™ within the 30 days. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, broken or missing parts, and the cost of installation. It is strongly recommended to insure the shipment. Synergy Science is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit for returned products. It is purely the discretion of Synergy Science, Inc. to refuse a product sent in for return and refund based on condition. It is expected that all products be returned in like new condition. Personal items, including the Echo Go, Echo Go+, Synergy Sauna, any consumable product that are opened or used, can not be returned if used.

  • Echo Water® Machines must be returned in “Like New Condition.” This means the machine is not scratched, damaged, or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals, etc. If there are damages, the return will be refused. 
  • All returned merchandise must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Any and all merchandise sent to our facility without an RMA will be refused. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization, contact customer support at 1-800-337-7017.
  • It is understood that the purchaser will ship the Echo Water® Machine fully insured with freight fully paid. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss during transit for products being returned.

Synergy Science, Inc. assumes no responsibility for the improper use of and self-diagnosis and/or treatment using these products. Synergy Science, Inc. products should not be confused with prescription medicine. Synergy Science, Inc. products should not be used as a substitute for medically supervised therapy. If you suspect you suffer from clinical deficiencies, consult a licensed, qualified medical doctor.

Echo Faucet Warranty

Satisfaction is guaranteed for all Echo Faucets including the Echo Ultimate Faucet and Echo H2 Faucet and Echo RO/Server Faucet. Each Echo Faucet has a 1-year warranty, which covers factory defects and broken parts. The warranty covers labor and parts and return shipping.

Synergy Sauna™ Warranty and Return Policies

Satisfaction is guaranteed on purchasing a Synergy Sauna™. There is a 1-year warranty on the Synergy Sauna covering defective parts. The warranty covers parts, labor and return shipping.

If you wish to return the Synergy Sauna, see below conditions of the return:

  • Must be received in our office within 30 days of the purchase date. No exceptions!
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping. We strongly suggest insuring the sauna, as we are not responsible for damage or loss during shipment.
  • There will be a $150 inspection fee for all return saunas. This amount will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the Synergy Sauna is found to be defective, the inspection fee will not be charged.
  • Synergy Sauna™ must be returned in “new and unused” condition. If the sauna is not in “new” condition, we will not accept the return. If you send it in and it has been used, we will not accept the return. You will not receive a refund and will be responsible for arranging the return of your product back to you within 14 days.
  • The inspection will cover signs of wear and tear, damage of any kind (including electrical), the smell and condition of the sauna cover and internal parts, foreign objects in the sauna (including animal hair), any missing accessories that came with the sauna, etc.
  • If the Synergy Sauna is defective within the first 30 days, The defective part will be replaced or the entire Synergy Sauna will be replaced at the sole discretion of Synergy Science, Inc.
  • You must acquire an RMA# from customer support if you are returning any products. Shipments for returned products that do not contain an RMA# will be refused.

We have not intended to imply any medical or curative claims with any of our products or the wording on our website, videos, or literature. There are many individuals that feel better or whose health condition has improved simply after being properly hydrated.

An Echo Water Machine is designed to dissolve hydrogen gas in water. Even though there are thousands of studies and articles showing the benefits of hydrogen gas with the body, we are not claiming our devices diagnose or treat a disease. 

Content Accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to include accurate and up-to-date information in our website. We make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the site.

Time-Release Capsules

Do not drink alkaline water when consuming time-release medication. Please consult with your doctor if you have any questions. If you or your doctor have any questions or concerns with you consuming alkaline water, follow your doctor’s recommendations. You can encourage your doctor to contact us. When taking time-release medications, please consume neutral pH water.

Source Water

Use appropriate source water with Echo Water Machines. Source water used with Echo Water Machines should be potable water. If the source water is deemed microbiologically unsafe or not potable, it should not be used with Echo Water Machines. The EPA standards for drinking water are less than 500 TDS. Water tests are available. If your local water provider issues a boil order, you need to comply with the order. Please contact customer support at 800-337-7017.

Consuming Hydrogen-Enriched Water on a Regular Basis

Millions of people all over the world have consumed hydrogen-enriched water for many years. There has not been any report of anyone experiencing complications of drinking hydrogen water that would not have the same issue with drinking typical water from any source. 

Echo Forever Warranty

  • Non-refurbished Echo 7 Machines, Echo 9 Machines, and Echo 9 Ultra Machines carry a Forever Warranty on all parts, labor, and return shipping of the repaired unit.
  • All shipping costs will be covered for any repairs needed due to a manufacturer’s defective part.
  • If the parts are no longer available and your machine is not able to be repaired, we will credit the original price you paid towards the retail price of a replacement machine of your choice.
  • All returns must be accompanied by an RMA# provided by customer support only after all proper troubleshooting via phone or video has been successfully completed.

Warranties

All Echo Water Machines are backed by a warranty. Your warranty is valuable. Please read the follow conditions that can void your valuable warranty. All warranties are for the original purchaser and are not transferable.

Your warranty does not cover and can be voided due to: improper use of the machine, issues with machines where basic maintenance has not been performed (including timely filter changes and preventive cleaning with the cleaning cartridge), any damage caused by misuse or abuse to the machine or improper wiring in the home, Acts of God (including storms, flooding, fire, electrical damage from power surges, power spikes, lightning, etc.), and any physical damage to the machine by the owner. Owner or anyone attempting or repairing that is not authorized to repair the Echo Water Machine.

  • The Echo H2 Machine, Echo Retro/NHM-130 Machine, and Echo H2 Server™ are backed by a 5 year warranty.
  • The Echo Ultimate™ Machine is backed by a 7-year warranty.
  • The Echo RO is backed by a 5 year warranty.
  • The Echo Go, Echo Go+, and the Echo H2 Pitcher are backed by a 1 year warranty. 
  • The Echo 7 Machine, Echo 9 Machine, and Echo 9 Ultra Machine are backed by a Forever Warranty. The Forever warranty is only for the original purchaser and is not transferable. The Forever Warranty covers defective parts, labor and return shipping. Normal wear and tear on parts are not covered. If the machine is not maintained properly, the warranty is void. If the damage to the machine is due to acts of God, flood, physical damage, opening the machine, trying to repair the machine yourself, or other abuse, the warranty is void.
  • The Synergy Sauna™ has a 1-year warranty covering defective parts and components. 
  • All warranties are valid for the original purchaser only and can not be transferred to another party. The warranty covers defective parts, labor, and return shipping. If the defective part(s) cannot be repaired or replaced, the purchase price paid for the machine will be put toward the price of a new Echo Machine.
  • All returns must be accompanied by an RMA# provided by customer support only after all proper troubleshooting via phone or video has been successfully completed.

When Purchasing Products or Services Outside of the USA

All our products are shipped worldwide from the USA. The prices listed on our website do not include any duties or taxes. The customer is responsible for payment of any such incurred charges based on the requirements of the country of import.

Up to $150 Basic Installation Included in the United States.

Basic installation includes the installation of the Echo Water Machine. Electrical outlets and/or faucet holes are not covered in the basic installation.
