What Is Holistic Health and Wellness?

In today’s world, we have the benefit of being able to access medicine’s modern, life-saving advances. However, the practice of medicine today often focuses on simply taking care of physical symptoms instead of treating the cause of those symptoms or looking at other aspects of our health that may be contributing to the problem.

Holistic health is an ancient tradition that dates as far back as 5,000 years ago in ancient India and China. Physical Health
